The Wii U hasn’t received the best reception from third party developers, but Nintendo enthusiasts were persistent that third party games such as Watch Dogs or Project CARS on the Wii U would revive the systems status with third party developers; ironically both of which have now been delayed for the Wii U.
The game is expected to arrive at November 2014 for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC, however after the lack of information about the Wii U version other than it being “extremely promising”, gamers were afraid that the Wii U version wouldn’t even be released; that is until today when Bandai Namco told Eurogamer that Project CARS is now expected to arrive in 2015.
Of course the news is disappointing to anyone who was looking forward to picking up the game on their Wii U, or just people who were hoping for third party support; however considering that earlier this year Slightly Mad Studios announced that the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions were cancelled, you could always consider it as good news that a Wii U version will still exist later down in the line.
